How to Review and Approve Your Deliverables

Where to Find Your Deliverables

Log in to your client portal at clickelevate.ai and click Deliverables in the left sidebar. You will see all current deliverables grouped by status.

Reviewing a Deliverable

Click the eye icon on any deliverable to expand and read the content. Each deliverable shows:

• The type of work (content, schema, citation, etc.)
• The full content or code
• The current status
• The date it was created

Approving a Deliverable

When a deliverable shows "Waiting for Approval", two buttons appear:

Approve — Click this if the deliverable looks good. You can add an optional note (e.g., "Looks great — please go live"). Once approved, our team implements it within 24 hours.

Request Changes — Click this to send the deliverable back for revisions. A popup will ask you to describe what needs to change. Be as specific as possible — for example: "Please change the business hours to 8am–6pm" or "The second paragraph is too promotional — make it more informational." We implement revisions within 48 hours and return the deliverable to "Waiting for Approval" status.

Tips for Faster Approvals

• Check deliverables weekly — new items arrive throughout the month, not all at once
• Be specific with revision notes — vague feedback like "make it better" slows the process; specific feedback like "add our phone number to the last paragraph" gets faster results
• Approve schema deliverables first — schema markup has the highest AEO impact and should go live as early as possible

What Happens After Approval

Approved deliverables move to Complete status once our team confirms they are live. For content pieces, this means published on your site or posted to the target platform. For schema, this means the code is implemented and validated. For citations, this means the listing is live and verified.
