Tips for completing your onboarding form quickly and accurately — the more detail you provide, the better every deliverable we create for you.
Your onboarding form is the foundation of everything we build for you. Every content piece, schema block, and citation we create is based on the information you provide here. Incomplete or vague answers lead to generic deliverables. Detailed, specific answers lead to highly targeted, effective work.
We cannot begin work until your onboarding form is submitted. Completing it on Day 1 means we can start work immediately.
Provide your exact legal business name, physical address, phone number, website URL, and Google Business Profile URL. Use the exact same name and address format you use on your Google Business Profile — consistency is critical for AI citations.
List every service you offer, not just your primary one. Include your price range and a description of your ideal customer. The more specific you are about who you serve and what you charge, the more targeted your content will be.
Name your top 3 competitors and provide their website URLs. We use this to run a gap analysis and identify exactly why they are appearing in AI results and you are not.
Tell us your CMS (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc.) and whether you have access to edit your website's HTML. If you use a developer, provide their contact information — we may need to coordinate schema implementation.
Describe your brand voice (professional, friendly, expert, approachable). List the topics you are most knowledgeable about. Upload your logo. This shapes the tone and style of every content piece we write.
Tell us your primary goal (more leads, more calls, more bookings) and anything else we should know. This is also where you can flag any sensitivities — topics to avoid, past negative press, or specific messaging guidelines.
