A realistic timeline of what happens in Month 1, 2, 3, and beyond — what we deliver, what you will see in your dashboard, and when to expect your first AI citations.
What we deliver: Schema markup package, citation submissions (50–250 depending on plan), GBP audit, technical AEO report, llms.txt file, baseline AEO score report.
What you will see: Your baseline AEO score in your dashboard. A list of deliverables appearing in your portal as we complete them. Your first citation submissions going live (most appear within 2–4 weeks).
What to do: Complete your onboarding form on Day 1. Review and approve deliverables as they appear. Implement schema markup on your website (or send it to your developer).
Realistic expectations: You will not see AI citation improvements in Month 1 — this is the foundation month. The work done here is what makes Months 2 and 3 possible.
What we deliver: Your first monthly content pieces, community authority posts, Reddit posts (Growth/Authority), prompt test results, competitor gap analysis (Growth/Authority).
What you will see: Your first updated AEO score (typically 10–20 points higher than baseline). Early citation improvements on some AI platforms. Your first Prompt Targeting results showing which queries you are starting to appear in.
Realistic expectations: Some clients see their first AI citations in Month 2. Others take until Month 3. It depends on your baseline score, your industry competition, and how quickly your schema and citations are indexed.
What we deliver: Second round of content pieces, authority posts, Reddit posts, updated prompt tests, competitor gap analysis, monthly progress report.
What you will see: Meaningful AEO score improvement (typically 15–30 points above baseline). Consistent citations on at least 1–2 AI platforms. Share of Voice score in the 20–40% range for most clients.
Realistic expectations: Month 3 is when most clients have their "it's working" moment — seeing their business name appear in ChatGPT or Perplexity responses for the first time.
By Month 6, clients on Growth and Authority plans typically achieve:
Faster results: High-quality website, existing Google reviews (50+), established domain authority, niche/specific service area, quick onboarding completion.
Slower results: New website (under 1 year old), highly competitive market (major cities, broad service categories), slow schema implementation, incomplete onboarding.
